and قرار [يا حكم] ممنوعالخروج بودن ne exeat regno (Lat : “let him or her not go out of the realm”) : In English : a writ ordering the person to whom it is addressed not to leave the jurisdiction of the court or the state; ne exaet writs – no longer widely used in the U.S. – are usually issued to ensure the satisfaction of a claim against the defendant. In Persian : a similar writ issued to Law Enforcement and Passport-issue Departments and border authorities to prevent exit from the state of a specified person on various grounds. It is issued either on motion or by the state.
